A New List

Jkaile has a fascination with the toilets! We have to keep both bathroom doors closed or else he's in there, quick as a flash, tossing something down the hatch. And it's funny, he often closes the lid (with a bang, I might add, and that's how we're usually alerted to the latest casualty...). So as of today, I'm making a new list over there to the right: things that Jkaile has thrown into the toilet. It's growing nearly every day!

My nephew threw a votive candle (complete with holder) in the toilet, but he then flushed it. It got stuck. His daddy had to waste a day (or more, can't remember now) taking the toilet off its base, finding the offending item, and replumbing the bathroom. Not a happy dad. Not a happy son (after the spanking). Someday my nephew will have a son and we will laugh when his son does the same thing to him! =)

Tyler's favorite thing was to get one of Autumn's cute little toy cups and get a drink from the toilet....second favorite was to put a whole roll of toilet paper in the toilet :(

He made it to twelve so I guess it didn't do him too much harm :)

Luckily, Jkaile has not yet discovered the flushing part...or at least he doesn't try to! Some of the things he's thrown in would certainly require replumbing!!! I can imagine nobody was very happy after that one! :o haha

Another funny thing is that our other kids didn't really every play in the toilets or throw things in, just Jkaile. It's funny how they each have their "thing".

@Cindy-EEEEWWWW! Yeah, I am guessing that Jkaile has probably ingested toilet water, too, mostly because he sucks his thumb and I'm sure we didn't get his hands washed every time. I try not to think about it. So far, the only toilet paper he's thrown has been bits and pieces, nothing to stop it up.

Thanks for the prayers Becky...
God hears.

We heard last night that our Hospital employees are going on STRIKE on Monday. More prayer needed. I will post about this later, after the shock has worn off. This has been one of those months!
My carry-on has been packed a few times now!

hugs...
